We’re a team of creative individuals who work strategically to help you get noticed. Our process is always driven by collaboration and we invite our clients to be a part of the team.

How we work

Cycles

We divide our team’s time up into weekly cycles so that we have clear and dedicated focus on your project week-by-week. This allows our team to become fully immersed into the task and to work to their full potential.

Dedicated team

During each cycle we put together a focused team for you. This will typically consist of a senior designer or developer combined with a dedicated account manager and allocated time from the creative and/or technical director.

Peer review

During each cycle we have multiple sessions where projects are discussed across the whole team. This gives the opportunity to cross-check work in order to review creative ideas and approaches.

Bring yourself

We work closely with the product/business owner and consider them to be an indispensable part of the team. We ask that you’re available to be called upon during the cycle(s) and to attend important meetings as requested.

Oliver Gosling

Managing Director

Oli has a very hands-on role being responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation. He is an advocate of lean startups, has a raft of experience in delivering web projects and has a vivacious appetite for innovative new ideas and business opportunities.

David Robinson

Creative Director

David is responsible for directing all of the creative output ensuring that we consistently deliver outstanding work. He has 10 years of experience working with clients large and small consulting on brand strategy and developing brand identities.
