Do you guys sell wholesale / have a trade program?
    • Absolutely! We have a program in place. Fill out the intake form located here and someone will get back to you!
You mention feeding children in the community, how does that work?
    • We partner with local charities to donate a portion of each sale. We are firm believers in supporting the local community and ensuring everyone has food on their plate. If you are a charity and would like to collaborate, send us a note at Hello@gatherround.com and we will get back to you!

Product Questions

Are your products free from harmful chemicals?
    • Our products are compliant with FDA and Prop 65 standards and are free from leachable lead and cadmium. 
Why is there variation in the finish?
    • Our product is hand crafted. Due to the inherent organic nature of the mature subtle blemishes in shape and glaze might be noticeable.
Can I use your ceramics in my dishwasher? Microwave?
    • Yes, our products are 100% microwave & dishwasher safe.
Do your ceramics scratch?
    • All matte and semi-matte ceramics are susceptible to temporary marks after heavy use. These can be removed easily with a gentle cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend. 

 

Shipping

How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is a flat $10 for all orders under $100. For orders over $100, shipping is free. For Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat $45.
When can I expect my order?
    • We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday via FedEx Home Delivery so that means your order includes delivery on Saturdays! Depending on your zipcode, it should take no longer than 5 days from date shipped to deliver.
Where do you ship?
    • We ship to the entire US. For orders to AK & HI, we apply a $45.00 shipping & handling fee.
What if my products arrive damaged or broken?
    • While we take precautionary measures to ensure product is packed in a manner that would prohibit breakage, we aren't the FedEx driver. If anything arrives broken or damaged reach out to us at Hello@gatherround.com and will take care of you!

 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? How do I return my products?
    • We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Please use the original shipping materials and box for returns. Reach out to us at Hello@gatherround.com and we will happily assist you with your return.
